After 34 years in the field of Primary Education and 8 years as a headteacher, I joined OSGA in the HR team in 2024. I have always enjoyed working with people and am fascinated by the opportunities to develop effective teams. Outside my work at OSGA, I support schools and community organisations with wellbeing strategies.
