wang zhihang

I am a doctoral student in Area Studies (Japan) at St Antony's College, University of Oxford.

My research examines the government's role in the rising digital economy and policy approaches to achieve the government's goals. In this research, the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) serves as a case study comparing the government role and policy approaches in two Asian manufacturing powerhouses, China and Japan.

I hold an MSc in Japanese Studies from the University of Oxford (St Anne's College) and a BA in International Affairs from the George Washington University, Washington DC, United States.
